We introduced an advance policy for the ones infected with COVID-19, where employee with absence of any leaves were Paid in Full. That means, we added advanced leaves to their bucket to negate salary deduction

Amplified learning and development initiatives by conducting training sessions that impart knowledge and skills on behavioral and personal development, cross- culture knowledge, and upskilling the existing workforce

Work-from-Home Guidelines

Established and trained all employees on guidelines to effectively work-from-home. This was drilled across the organization to ensure that everyone works in a synchronized manner and helps reduce the anxiety and dilemma that surfaced due to the sudden shift in the operation model

Remote Work Tracking System (Pomodoro Technique)

In order to keep employees focused and improve efficiency level, introduced digital platforms that help them analyze and systematically define their tasks, capture task progress, and dashboard that provides summary of their progress.
